الخطوات
1. Visit the e-services website and log in, select the establishment, then choose the service (transfer worker service with border number).
2. Enter the establishment number and the border number for the expatriate, then click (Add). After adding all the workers to issue temporary licenses, click (Submit).
3. A confirmation message will appear if the expatriate is affiliated with the establishment, or an authorization from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development will appear if the expatriate is affiliated with another establishment.
4. Then go to the Passports Department to obtain the temporary residence permit number
5. Then you can transfer the expatriate service through the residence number through the electronic services of the Ministry's website.
الشروط
An expatriate who has not been in the Kingdom for more than (90) days is not allowed to obtain the service, or an expatriate whose residence has been previously issued., It is offered to all types of establishments according to the terms of the Nitaqat program., The expatriate may be in an existing facility or under the procedure
