Employee Status Inquiry

​This service enables government agencies to identify the current status of their employees (whether on the job or not on the job) and the status of the employee current salary. This service has replaced the service “Report about a Saudi Citizen”.​

Steps

  1. ​Request service authorization from the Ministry of Civil Service by the government agency representative;
  2. Access the service through its link above;
  3. Enter the required request data / query data.

Conditions

​​The user must be a Saudi citizen.
The employee that is inquired about must have been registered in the Ministry's systems.
The user must be authorized to use the service.
